ICORE Workshop at ICDE Global Conference 2015

Currently, ICORE, the International Community for Open Research and Education, is inviting all interested citizens and organizations worldwide.

The vision and overall objective is the launch of a global joint initiative to re-establish openness as default as in the 60ies years of the 20th century.

As a first step, ICORE facilitates a Pre-Conference Workshop at 26th ICDE World Conference 2015 on Tuesday, 13th October 2015 in South Africa. This ICORE Workshop debates Open Research and Open Education and their potential and impact in the societies worldwide with special focus on re-establishing openness as default.

Hello world! My first day at OUNL

This is my first post here:

It is my first day working for the Open University of the Netherlands (OUNL).

1st of April 2015 – not a joke.

And actually I’m not at the OUNL in Heerlen but in Brussels attending the Open Discovery Space (ODS) meeting and discussion about our future sustainability and organization.

I hope that you will like my blog about opening up education by learning innovations for a better world and our future society.
